Humanity Not Insanity is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 2019 by a group of Cincinnati's Woodward High School class of 1978 Graduates after their 40th year class reunion.

Humanity Not Insanity became a 501(c)(3) organization in March of 2021.
